CodeNest is based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the US and other countries. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Notice for US residents
Residents of California and other US states with consumer privacy laws have the rights to know, access, correct and delete their personal data, and to opt out of its sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, and profiling. In the last 12 months we collected the categories listed in Section 2 for the purposes in Section 3 and disclosed them only to the service providers in Section 4. If you are refused a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email. We honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out where required.
