"On the one hand, the Code Nest school helps us reflect on our experience more and share approaches that we love. On the other hand, it is a great opportunity to meet experts who can teach us a lot, and collaborate with them beyond education purposes."
The Code Nest school originated from the mutual experience of Fedor Borshev and Mariana Onysko. Before launching the school we have been building teams and making products for 12 years. We've been doing it up to now: Fedor runs a boutique production company, and Mariana consults companies on how to create products and teams, set and optimize processes.
Mariana has been working as a project and product manager in international companies. For 4 years she has been delving into the topic of education.
Fedor has been a developer and CTO throughout all his professional life. He has worked in a successful design studio and several startups.

Feedback from our students
What has changed?
It was a mindset shift when I realized I actually had to solve not just engineering, but also business tasks. And you also showed how to do that. Generally, I feel like I managed to get things moving in  terms of professional development.
What's different from other schools?
The course quality is different here. It's all crystal clear and systematically arranged. Theory and practice are not separate. For example, you don't only say that one can (and should) have fewer meetings, but show how to achieve that and what one needs for that.
What's different from other schools?
Your course materials have a deeper level of engagement, compared to  the courses I took before.
Who is it for?
"Asynchronous architecture" is for every developer who has already added some features to the project themselves, i.e. mid-level or higher. And other courses, even "Become a team leader", will suit literally everybody regardless of their job title.
What has changed?
I figured out how to use asynchronous architecture and started to think differently.
What has changed?
The course gave me a vivid picture of what others have and that things can be different. After studying here I started to reflect on how I want to build my career, what I want from work, what I should focus on when I look for a job.
Moreover, the course "Become a team leader" (I have completed only this one for now) is concentrated on mindfulness, and it is a thing that is extremely useful both at work and in private life.
Who is it for?
For developers and managers.
