It was a mindset shift when I realized I actually had to solve not just engineering, but also business tasks. And you also showed how to do that. Generally, I feel like I managed to get things moving in terms of professional development.
What's different from other schools?
The course quality is different here. It's all crystal clear and systematically arranged. Theory and practice are not separate. For example, you don't only say that one can (and should) have fewer meetings, but show how to achieve that and what one needs for that.
What's different from other schools?
Your course materials have a deeper level of engagement, compared to the courses I took before.
"Asynchronous architecture" is for every developer who has already added some features to the project themselves, i.e. mid-level or higher. And other courses, even "Become a team leader", will suit literally everybody regardless of their job title.
I figured out how to use asynchronous architecture and started to think differently.
The course gave me a vivid picture of what others have and that things can be different. After studying here I started to reflect on how I want to build my career, what I want from work, what I should focus on when I look for a job.
Moreover, the course "Become a team leader" (I have completed only this one for now) is concentrated on mindfulness, and it is a thing that is extremely useful both at work and in private life.
For developers and managers.
